Dirty Coast will donate 20% of their profits company wide (this includes on-line purchases too!) on Saturday, April 20th to the New Orleans Fruit Tree Project! You can stop by the Magazine Street or Julia Street location or go on-line and buy an awesome Louisiana/ New Orleans’ inspired t-shirt (or three!) and 20% of your purchase goes right to us! NOFTP staff and Board will be present all day at the Julia Street store. We are excited to meet our supporters and will have Volunteer Sign-ups and Tree Registration forms on hand.

HAPPY HOUR! From 4-6 pm, stop by the Julia Street location for Happy Hour! Beer and wine will be available while you peruse Dirty Coast’s great selection. NOFTP will also have some delicious local fruit as a thank you for stopping by! 

So many amazing things have happened for our organization in the last few months and we are ecstatic to be kicking off this year on the right foot. A thousand thank-yous to those who donated to our Kickstarter. With your support we were able to purchase a beautiful minivan that will be great on gas and will help us get get our equipment, volunteers and fruit all over this city!
And in other great news, NOFTP came in 3rd place at Propeller’s PitchNOLA competition. It was an exciting evening and we were blown away by all the creative ideas brewing in the city. We were even more astounded by the generosity of a secret audience donor that made our prize of $3000 a possibility. You can check out the nola.com article here!
